Week 1: Weigh-In

Yesterday was the first week’s weigh-in for the contest.  I worked pretty hard this last week:  Stuck pretty well to the diet (although I did go to a good wine dinner one night…mmmm good); hit the gym about every day (did cardio for an hour), and started riding the bike to work (well…to the train actually).  Time to step on the scale.   My initial weight was 224.5.   My weight yesterday was…215.5.  9 Pounds!   I was only thinking like 4 and was happy about that…9 is just insane.   Another guy lost 7.  I was a bit over 4% he was a bit under 4%.  It was a good week ;)   Now I’m off to Teller’s birthday party at the park.
